Mikhail Tarasov, Ph.D. Economy
Director
In 2006-2016, Mikhail worked for UFG Asset Management as a Partner, Head of Commercial Real Estate, where he was responsible for managing 12 projects - offices, industrial and retail worth more than 530 million US dollars.
In 1998-2006 he held several key positions, including Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of JSC Bank ZENIT and was engaged in the construction and management of office, retail and warehouse assets of the Bank in several regions of Russia.
In 1996-1998 Mikhail worked as a Trader of Eurobonds in AKB TOKO Bank. From 1992 to 1996 Mikhail held the position of Director of Providence LLP, affiliated with METRO Cash & Carry food products.
Since 2012, Mikhail has been included in the rating of the 100 most influential people in the Russian commercial real estate market CRE in the category "Investments".
Mikhail joined the PLT team in January 2020.
Dmitry Bespalov
Head of Facility Management
Dmitry started his professional career in 1985 at Procter & Gamble, where he worked his way up from power networks engineer to the Head of the Department responsible for monitoring construction, commissioning and operations of the company's warehouse real estate in Russia. In 2006, Dmitry joined the MLP Management Company, where he held various managerial positions related to warehouse property operations up to the end of 2013.
From 2014 to 2017, Dmitry headed the Department of Commissioning and Property Operations of Real Estate Investment and Development Company DG-19 (PGP Development).
Since June 2017, Dmitry has been the Director of Facility Management at PLT, where he is responsible for maintaining and controlling all operational activities at the facilities, as well as technical DD in the framework of supporting transactions for the purchase of new assets of the company.
Elena Ledovskaya
Chief Financial Officer
Elena started her professional career in the field of commercial real estate in 2002 at AFI Development, where she worked her way up from Financial Controller to Financial Director of the business unit.
Elena also headed the financial direction at several companies, including KR Properties, PSP Farman, DG-19 (PGP Development), in various segments of commercial and non-commercial real estate (offices, residential, retail, industrial).
In 2018, Elena joined PLT as CFO.
Julia Shichanina
Head of Legal Department
Julia started her professional career in 2005 as a lawyer at the international law firm DLA Piper. Time later she worked as a legal consultant in the real estate sector at Linklaters CIS and Head of the Legal Support Department for rental relations at a large Russian development company. During her career, Julia was involved in large commercial real estate lease transactions, advised clients on issues related to legal DD, project finance attracting, acquiring various assets and enterprises, construction of residential and non-residential facilities.
Julia joined the PLT team in July 2017. She currently manages the company’s legal department, being in charge of legal support to PLT’s operational activity and investment projects.
Kristina Mednikova
Head of Lease and Commercial Relations
As part of the commercial management of PLT portfolio, Kristina is responsible for the formation of the general structure, monitoring the results of the group's commercial activities, managing the existing portfolio of projects, interacting with current tenants and attracting new residents to vacant areas.
The key area of Kristina's tasks is also the creation and implementation of a marketing strategy, market positioning of the brand and the company's values.
Kristina's professional experience in commercial real estate is more than 9 years. Prior to joining the PLT team in 2019, Kristina worked both in the field of international real estate consulting, representing the interests of office project owners in CB Richard Ellis (note: currently CORE•XP), Colliers International (note: currently Nikoliers), as well on the side of the largest federal developer of warehouse and industrial facilities - PNK Group, where she was responsible for the implementation of new construction projects and the management of commercial relations with clients.
